The first show of our tour was in Hudson, New York at Dennis’ strange and beautiful sculpture garden, outside of his Garden Gallery. The show was with C. Ryder Cooley.

We were welcomed with a smorgasbord containing savory pies, wine, cheese & fruit plates, and much more. Everyone was warm and friendly. Rain stopped just in time for us to play in the garden. Sun shone down as the Hudson River rolled slowly behind us. 

Ryder performed with her deer friend, Hazel on her back. Literally, a taxidermy deer head. Beautiful eyes. A good attitude. Especially when it began to rain again.
